This is a class and collective action on behalf of limo drivers in Las Vegas.
Omni failed to pay these drivers overtime pay at 1 1/2 times their regular rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of 8 hours in a workday and/or 40 hours in a workweek. Omni also failed to pay limo drivers for all the time they were at work but not actually driving customers.
