STEP 1
Complete a Contact Us Form
Call or email our office with your contact information and a brief description of your employment issue. An intake form will be emailed to you, usually within 48-72 hours of your first inquiry. If you do not have access to email, our intake specialist will walk you through the intake questionnaire so that we can better access your legal issues.
STEP 2
Complete an Intake Form
Once you have received the intake form please provide responses to each question and to the best of your ability. Our intake specialist may contact you with additional questions or to obtain key documents in your possession. Completion of the intake form is critical in helping the lawyers at Thierman Buck determine pre-consultation legal issues, including letting us know if there is a statute of limitation issue (time sensitivity), conflict with existing cases, and to provide background information for our lawyers to be better prepared for your consultation.
STEP 3
FREE Consultation
Once your intake form and any additional facts are received, a case evaluation will be conducted by one of Thierman Buck’s lawyers. If an attorney has further interest following the completion of the intake form, a consultation will be set up, free of charge. Please be patient; this process, from first contact to consultation, can take a week or more.
