Plaintiffs alleged that she and all other employees of Defendant Customer Connexx did not compensate them for hour worked for several pay periods then shutteredthe business without paying all employees the wages they were owed.  , Plaintiffs and other employees worked from on or about July 9, 2023 to August 19, 2023 without compensation.

Defendants failed to respond to the complaint so Plaintiffs sought default judgment, which was granted by the Honorable Judge Peterson on March 5, 2024. The Defendants have no assets.  The Default Judgment will be renewed through the Court and will appear in any business searches for credit or otherwise for Defendants Customer Connexx and VM7 Corporation until paid.  Defendant Virland Johnson was granted bankruptcy protections
