This is a class action suit on behalf of hourly paid employees of Lola’s, LLC (doing business as Lola’s Summerlin) for failure to pay minimum wages and overtime, as well as failure to timely pay all wages due and owing. Plaintiff’s allegations are based on Defendant’s failure to provide health insurance benefits of less than 10% of employees’ total gross income. Plaintiff demands for herself and all other class members that Defendant unpaid wages for all hours and overtime hours worked during the relevant time, together with attorneys’ fees, costs, interest, and punitive damages, as provided by law. They also demand sixty days of pay as waiting time penalties.
The Parties participated in a mediation and were able to reach a settlement agreement.. The Court granted Final Approval of the Settlement, and payments were mailed to Class Members in early April 2025.
