The Huffington Post was one of the first news outlets to pick up on our firm’s novel case that seeks to recover unpaid wages for Amazon.com warehouse employees who had to undergo mandatory security clearances before leaving Amazon.com warehouse facility without receiving any hourly compensation. We filed our nationwide collective and class action case way back in October 22, 2010 and seek to recover unpaid wages for all affected employees across the country from October 22, 2007 to the present.
